My teachers are nature and people. Their diversity inspires me equally. Hiking brings me into contact with myself and with the world. I am thrilled to discover small wonders in everyday life. Recognising the complexity in everything gives me understanding and peace. Simplicity and flexibility make my life easier – everywhere in the world. Travelling delights my soul and makes me happy. Cheerful serenity allows me to discover new worlds again and again with humour.

I start to beam when I manage to awaken potential – my own and that of others. „I've never tried that before, so I'm absolutely sure I can do it.“ Unlike Pippi Longstocking, I'm not always absolutely sure I can do it – but my curiosity to try is usually greater.
